Jim O’Malley will serve as a senior member of the Business & Professional Services and Financial Services industry groups as well as support select private equity clients for Kensington International.

Jim’s new role centers around senior level searches for Business & Professional Services and Financial Services industry clients with a focus on ensuring leadership talent aligns with changing business needs across these organizations.

Most recently, Jim was the Managing Director & Executive Search Practice Leader for another firm. Previously, Jim co-founded Comhar Partners and was a Partner with TalentRise. In addition, he held senior leadership roles with Fifth Third Bancorp, Huron Consulting, Andersen, Deloitte, and Edward Don & Company.
Jim is a graduate of DePaul University and serves as Vice Chair on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for HFS Chicago Scholars. His past affiliations include the boards of Sheila Greco & Associates, Staffing Management Association of Chicago (STAR) and Mount Assisi Academy. He is also an active member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals, the Executive Club of Chicago, the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago, and the Metropolitan Club of Chicago.
